L&D Coordinator duties:

    Delivering effective processes, procedures and activitiesCoordinating (sometime quite complex) events and programmes Producing reports and presentationsProcessing invoices, contracts and agreements to ensure a positive customer experience, high quality and cost effectivenessSupporting projects aligned to departmental objectivesEnsuring data accuracy and integrity for reporting purposesProviding accurate and timely responses to requests and queries via phone, email, instant message, or face to face interactions

Profile

L&D Coordinator:

    Experience of using Learning Technology (Abode/Webex/Successfactors or another LMS) desirableCommitment to ensuring a positive customer experienceDemonstrable ability to develop effective relationships with stakeholdersAbility to problem solve and provide innovative solutionsExperience of working with people from a diverse range of backgrounds and culturesGood to level of numeracy in order to process, maintain and report on budgetsOrganised approach to workDegree educatedHigh level of IT literacy in particular Excel, Word and PowerPoint
