A Workday HR Support Specialist to join a market leader in financial services on a 12m FTC (remote working).

Your new role
This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) to cover maternity leave for someone who finishes on 18th October. Interviews will take place immediately via MS Teams and are likely to be 1 x stage. This position can offer complete remote working given the nature of the role.
As a Workday HR Support Specialist, you will provide subject matter expertise to ensure that the solution operates effectively on a day-to-day basis, with the technical knowledge to configure the system to reach its maximum functionality.
This role is responsible for supporting HR users in system functionality and/or trouble shooting, system analysis, supporting system design, assisting with user-testing and documenting business processes / procedures in partnership with the finance function.
Key elements of this role include:
- Supporting Workday for HR, Recruitment and Payroll
- Develop and document best practice
- Application support and maintenance
What you'll need to succeed
You must have a strong understanding of Workday, having implemented the system with the technical understanding to configure it to utilise it's full capacity (ideally 2 years+).
You will have excellent knowledge of HR processes, systems and data flows, with a demonstrable technical aptitude for troubleshooting and problem solving. A deep understanding of managed systems and working with third party support is also required. It will be a further advantage if you have supported business users to explore small change requests and resolve BAU issues too.

You will receive a generous salary between £60,000-£75,000 (DOE), 26 days holiday + BH's, Company Incentive Scheme, 10% non-contributory pension and a benefit allowance.
