Do you have experience of working as a HR Advisor and looking for a home based role in the South East?
Ashley Kate are pleased to be supporting a great charity as they look to recruit a Full Time permanent HR Advisor to cover a number of sites across the South East. You will be reporting into the HR Manager and have experience as a HR Generalist, covering the full employee life cycle.
The role is home based but you will be required to travel, when required to meet the needs of the customer and business.
About the role
As part of the role, you will be expected to provide consistent advice to Line Managers and staff regarding all aspects of Employment Relations such as disciplinary, grievances, absence management and right to work.
You will be dedicated to support Line Managers in all aspects of timely recruitment and selection and ensure the smooth running of this process, including short-listing, testing and interviewing.
You will ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures and current employment law providing advice to Managers on policies and procedures.
You will work closely with the payroll team on a regular basis to ensure the timely completion of documentation and any related queries.
HR Advisor - About you
You must have proven experience of working in a similar role and have proven HR Generalist background.
A good working knowledge of current UK employment Law.
Ideally you will be CIPD level 3 qualified or equivalent.
Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbally.
Good analytical skills.
Ability to provide outstanding customer care with a commitment to the client’s values and ethos.
Must be wiling to travel across the south as needed.
