Your new role
In your new HR Manager role, you'll work closely with the Head of HR to proactively drive the firm's people strategy, champion change and provide HR Generalist support (advisory and operational) to the business. You'll be the go-to HR professional for your dedicated business areas; offer coaching and advice to employees and managers around people matters; and develop and manage business partnering relationships.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you'll need a strong HR generalist background, gained in Financial Markets, ideally Investment Management. You'll have strong attention to detail, stakeholder management and in-depth employment law and best practice knowledge. Ideally you'll have secured your CIPD 5 (or higher) and have good systems / IT skills.
What you'll get in return
A competitive £50,000-£55,000 salary (depending on experience).
