An excellent permanent job opportunity has arisen to join a leading international manufacturing company based in North Manchester. They are seeking to recruit a HR Generalist on a permanent basis.
Your new Job
In your new job as a HR Generalist, you will be reporting directly into the HR Director based in Sweden. You will be responsible for providing HR support and guidance to approximately 70 employees. The role itself is very generalist covering the whole employee life cycle, recruitment, employee relations, learning and development, payroll administration as well as the day-to-day HR administrative tasks. You will communicate across all levels of the business ensuring all key HR processes are delivered successfully. The successful candidate will be professional and confident while sustaining a friendly approach to assist with all employee queries. The ideal candidate will come from a manufacturing background or similar however this is desirable and not essential. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is ambitious, looking for a new challenge and committed in providing value to the HR function.

- Proven experience working on HR systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
