Page Personnel HR are working with an international business with offices in Manchester. They are seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join and support a busy team for a period of 12 months. Well being is a main focus for the company and the role focuses on it's people regarding absence and performance management and informal grievance. This is a fast-paced role that can open doors for permanent opportunities within the business.

Client Details

Our client are a well-established professional services organisation in Manchester. They are seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join and support a busy team for a minimum period of 12 months.

Description

The key responsibilities for the Senior HR Advisor are developing strong relationships with key stakeholders, upskilling performance managers, resolving people issues, applying knowledge of employment law, advising on HR policy and process, advising on disciplinary, grievance and performance issues, drafting non-standard correspondence, absence management knowledge, providing advice to managers and the tools to deal with long term and persistent absences, occupational health referrals, acting as point of contact for performance management issues, supporting implementation of development plans, support and educate the business on managing redundancies, supporting resourcing and talent management, and producing reports. The role is based in Manchester for a period of 12 months and offers remote working.

Profile

The successful candidate will have/be:

  • previous experience in a similar HR advisory role
  • excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders
  • proven ability in coaching
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • possess strong problem-solving and influencing skills
  • CIPD qualification desired not essential
  • Computer literacy with MS Office
