For your new role as HR Senior Analyst you will be working closely with the HR Analytics Manager plus the Talent Acquisition Manager. The role will be focused on data collection, analytics and reporting to provide commercial insights for the HR department. You will be working on Excel, different recruitment tool platforms plus their HRIS system Workday. The main focus of the role will be to provide analytics around the business's talent and recruitment data. For example completing analysis looking at CV to interview ratios, candidates sources, recruitment agency usage and talent retention. You will be creating dashboards, modelling and presenting to and engaging with staff at all levels across the business. You will also assist with wider HR analytics and be involved in various projects that the business is continually working on, so no day will ever be the same.
To be considered for this role you must have worked in a HR Analytics role previously (ideally 3+ years) and be a highly competent user of Excel. Ideally you will have experience with Tableau but PowerBI or similar experience will be considered. You should have experienced with dashboard creation and modelling. As well as being able to demonstrate these technical analytical skills it is essential you also have the skills for business partnering and presenting your analytical findings. It's essential you have strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as having an analytical mindset with a passion for data.
