Your new role
As a HR officer, you will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to the team on all HR matters, especially in respect of recruitment services. The council are recruiting across a number of key areas and need support in this particular project. You will specifically provide support on executive recruitment services, including advertising campaigns, media publications, psychometric tests and assessment centres
What you'll need to succeed
You will need previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a local authority or public sector setting. You must have recruitment experience and the relevant knowledge to help consult and advice internal staff on campaigns.
What you'll get in return
This a temporary assignment, providing support for this campaign engaging with senior influential stakeholders within the Council. This role will be working from home.
