In-house Recruiter (Temporary - 3 Months)

As Interim Recruiter, you will work closely with the Head of Talent & Development to recruit a high volume of vacancies over the next few months. You will play an active part liaising with the hiring managers across all areas of the business to deliver a seamless end to end recruitment service.
What you will Contribute:
Helping to prepare adverts and posting vacancies onto the Applicant Tracking system (ATS) and internal platforms
Monitoring of the ATS, keeping the status of applications up-to-date by screening applications and working with hiring managers to shortlist, reasons for rejection, through to interview process
Scheduling interviews, liaising with members of staff at all levels and sending out confirmations
Providing administrative overflow and support with projects to the wider HR Team as required
What you will bring:
Experience of in-house recruitment using ATS systems across a number of business areas.
Good relationship building capabilities, and can foster collaborative stakeholder and candidate relationships
Excellent organisation skills with the flexibility to manage shifting priorities
Strong attention to detail and ability to analyse data and use excel comfortably to manage and produce reporting.
