Your new role
Working for a busy and growing SME business, you will be providing full generalist HR Support to a growing workforce. Your role will encompass the full employee life cycle, including recruitment and selection, ER case management and updating employee records. Alongside your HR responsibilities, you will also monitor and track any employee training, ensuring that statutory training such as first aid is kept up to date. As the main point of contact for HR for this site, you will need to be comfortable liaising with employees and line mangers.
