Your new Job
In your new job as a Recruitment Advisor you will be responsible in delivering a professional service to candidates, managers and colleagues across the organisation through the whole talent life cycle. You will support the recruitment activity for designated resourcing managers with duties consisting of CV reviews, arranging interviews, conducting telephone screening, managing the offer process and other administrative tasks where necessary. You will have ownership of your own roles and be responsible for the whole recruitment cycle of each position. The successful candidate will have previous work experience in a fast paced, target focused environment within an inhouse or agency recruitment role. You must be a strong communicator who is resilient and has the ability to multitask effectively and prioritise appropriately.
