A new and exciting role responsible for developing and leading the sales training programmes for the direct services team of the UK arm of a multi-national market leader.
As the job title suggests the customer journey is at the heart of this organisation and the touchpoints of this journey require careful handling. Developing, leading , delivering and driving critical sales and customer care solution-based training programs are key.
Reporting to the Head of Training you will be a key contributor to the training team. You will need to demonstrate and evidence experience in developing and implementing skilled solution driven training programs within Customer Care and/or sales environments together with strong knowledge of training and development theory, design, and principles of adult learning.
An ideal candidate will have significant medical solution based and/or sales training and coaching experience within an inbound and outbound call centre environment. A strong commercial background is essential.
In addition to salary the role will attract a car and bonus and although head office based there is the opportunity for blended working (3 days office, 2 days home based).
