You'll be working for one of South Wales core public service organisations based in a number of sites in and around the Newport, Gwent area.
Your new role
As HR Business Partner, your responsibilities will align with the operational senior management team. This is a busy, all round generalist position with duties including, resourcing and talent management, extensive employee relations casework, policy management and any ad hoc general queries from the management team.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be proactive and manage your time effectively. Stakeholder management is key to success as is pragmatic approach. You'll be CIPD qualified with experience of working within a large or matrix organisation; preferably within the public sector.
