Our Client are a leading food processing company, based all around the UK. They are looking for a HR Administrator to join them on a full time, permanent basis. This is an exciting new role, with the opportunity to progress and gain a CIPD qualification within HR.
The successful HR Administrator will be responsible for:
Assisting with the recruitment and selection process for the site, collecting and checking Eligibility to Work documents, induction training, managing the recruiting inbox, inviting candidates for interview, planning and preparing for interviews on and off site and completing the full pre-employment screening process for all new starters.
The successful HR Administrator will have:
* Previous HR experience, with an in-depth knowledge of the full recruitment cycle, from on-boarding to inducting
* Strong communication skills, with high attention to detail
* Strong administrative skills, with the ability to manage diaries, and have a methodical approach to work
* Highly experienced with different Microsoft Packages
