Job Details
We have a current opportunity for a Graduate Recruitment & Development Assistant on a permanent basis.The Graduate Recruitment & Development Assistant will provide the Graduate Recruitment team with administrative and operational support in the attraction, selection and development of trainees.
Duties:
- Managing and maintaining the Application Tracking System (ATS)
- Reporting on all recruitment, assessment and development processes, including diversity and performance management data
- Work with the Graduate Recruitment Advisor with the creation and management of social media content including Facebook and Instagram
- Securing bookings with target universities for law fairs, organising attendance, travel and logistics.
- Work with the Diversity & Inclusivity team with graduate related events
- Organising vacation schemes and other relevant graduate programmes
- Administration for, and coordination of, assessment centres
- Extending offers to successful candidates or ensure partners are equipped to make the offer including production of offer paperwork
- Being a point of contact for trainees through induction, seat rotations, secondments and qualification
Requirements:
- Administration experience within an office environment
- Previous HR/Recruitment experience and or knowledge is advantageous
- Keen on pursuing a career in Graduate Recruitment/ HR
- Good knowledge and interest in social media channels Skills and competencies
- Excellent attention to detail
- Personable with the ability to communicate at all levels
