Ashley Kate are delighted to be working with a global technology company who are going through an exciting period of growth and are looking for a full time HR Manager to join their exciting HR function.
This is a very hands on, operational role where you will manage the full HR function, assume responsibility for key HR activities and projects and act as deputy for the Global HR Director.
The company are offering a package of up to £70k for the right candidate.
The company are based in Slough but offer a hybrid working model with a expectation to travel to the office once or twice per week.
The main duties for this role will include -
·Create and implement HR policies, procedures and contracts
·Providing HR advice to senior Managers.
·Managing Employee Relations cases.
·Administering monthly UK/Oversees Payroll.
·Managing the full recruitment cycle.
·Managing the global annual salary reviews.
·Managing the full employee lifecycle.
Essential experience -
·A minimum of 10 years HR experience with at least 3 years at Manager level.
·Advanced Excel skills.
·Strong organisational skills.
