Ashley Kate are pleased to be working with a well-established client on their search for a Resourcer - Field based. This role will be on a permanent basis, with travel around the Midlands.
This role will be responsible for the full recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing, hiring and onboarding staff. This person will report into the Regional Business Partner for the area, proactively identify future hiring needs for the area, building detailed local plans to recruit and select the right staff for the business.
·Implementing the overall recruiting strategy for the region in close consultation with the Resourcing Business Partner, SMT, and Regional Managers
·Sourcing and attracting candidates procactively, using a full range of search techniques to capitalise on databases, social media and job board activity
·Attending all recruitment events for the area
·Screening all candidate CV’s prior to shortlist
·Acting as a key point of contact and building positive and engaging candidate relationships throughout the whole candidate journey and experience
·At least 2 year’s experience as a Recruiter – as an in-house, agency recruiter or similar, field based role
·Hands on experience with all selection processes (phone screening, face to face interviewing, reference checking and DBS processes etc)
·Excellent communication skills
·Strong decision-making and negotiating skills
·Flexible attitude and the ability to pick up multiple and competing priorities
