Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this superb Organisation based near Salisbury in Wiltshire, to recruit an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner on a permanent basis. In an ideal world, you will be based within a 60 mile radius / 1.5 hours of Salisbury as the Business is keen to create a mix of hybrid / remote working with a view of a day or 2 a week / when required in the office.

As Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a pivotal role in helping the organisation achieve its ambitions plans to become the most trusted brand in its specialist field in the UK.

You will oversee the full recruitment cycle for your business area to include advertising, direct sourcing using social media / LinkedIn, headhunting, referrals and the use of recruitment agencies, through to managing the interview, assessment and selection process. To achieve this, you will partner hiring managers with a variety of recruitment and selection activities. You will coordinate the attraction and selection of a range of roles with a lean towards mid to senior IT / Data roles, ensuring the right people are in place at the right time and the right costs, delivering a fully rounded recruitment solution ensuring candidates receive the best recruitment experience. You will be happy and experienced at approaching passive candidates to create pipelines for future roles.
