A highly successful Property Investment & Development firm are recruiting for an HR Assistant to join their team. Reporting into the HR Manager, this is a true generalist role and you will be responsible for providing a valued service to employees. As HR Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing advice and guidance on people policies and processes
  • Managing all contractual processes and changes, notifying all appropriate parties
  • Assisting with the leaver process by notifying the relevant internal departments and carrying out necessary checks etc., preparing paperwork
  • Administering holiday and sickness processes
  • Responding to day-to-day benefits queries, processing and tracking benefits invoices
  • Reviewing and developing HR processes
  • Supporting with annual remuneration
  • Supporting the team with recruitment and induction activities
  • Coordinating training and development
  • Maintaining HR systems to ensure they are up to date at all times
  • Supporting delivery of HR projects such as diversity and inclusion initiatives

As HR Assistant, you will possess:

  • 1-2 years working within an HR team at Administrator or Assistant level
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong MS Office skills
