HR Supervisor / Team Leader - circa £32000 plus excellent benefits - South Yorkshire (easily commutable from Doncaster, Rotherham, Barnsley, Sheffield).

Your new company
This is a reputable and recently continuously expanding company in South Yorkshire - who have been through a period of positive change for the continuous improvement of the HR service provision. Now looking to recruit a HR Supervisor / HR Admin Team Leader to cover a period of maternity leave.

Your new role
This is a challenging and mixed role of both providing a remote HR advisory service & provision, and managing a small team of HR Administrators.

This post offers an exciting opportunity for someone to combine both their generalist HR skills swell as their team management/leadership skills.

Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, you will provide a remote HR service in the way of advice, guidance and support to Line Managers and staff UK wide on multiple sites.

You will then also manage a small team who are responsible for the employee lifecycle / HR transactional and administration work, ensuring this work is completed in a timely and accurate manner - and to strict internal SLAs. You will monitor and report on the workloads and results.

This is a Fixed Term Contract for upto 1 year to cover maternity leave, initially, but as the business is growing there maybe other opportunities in the business at a later date.

You will work Monday to Friday full time hours (8am to 4.30pm and 2.30pm Fridays - with some flexibility on offer) You will work a combination of office based and working from home / hybrid - minimum 3 days a week in the office.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will ideally be qualified to Level 5 CIPD or show suitably equal level of experience/knowledge base.
You will need previous experience of working within a generalist HR capacity aswell as a high-volume transactional role.
Experience of some change management and process improvement projects would be advantageous.
