An exciting temporary-permanent HR Assistant opportunity, within a fast-paced, leading, commercial organisation in Milton Keynes.
Your new role
As an HR Assistant, temporary (with the opportunity that the role may lead to permanent.) You will be part of a small HR team, where you can really make a difference and be involved in all aspects of HR, Recruitment, Onboarding, Training, ER Case Management and Reward and Benefits.
You will be responsible for starters, leavers, offer letters, contracts, changes, updating the HR system, assisting with the recruitment and selection process and checking right to work documents and requesting references, booking training when required and sending joining instructions, support with any ER related issues and being first point of contact for any HR queries by phone and by e-mail.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have some HR Administration experience and will ideally be qualified to level 3 of the CIPD or above or equivalent. You must be able to start with no more than 2 weeks notice.
