HR Advisor required for a Social Care company based in West London - Immediate Start!

Previous knowledge of high volume Employee Relation cases and TUPE is essential!

You will be working for a well-established Social Care company based in West London.

Description

The role of the HR Advisor for this Social Care Company based in West London, is to deliver case management advice to line managers, supporting them through complex ER matters with a focus on gaining the best outcomes for both the business and the individual.

The key responsibilities will be:

Manage a high volume of complex Employee Relations cases.Support line managers with the transfers of employment under TUPE regulations, including requesting and reviewing due diligence information, attendance at consultation meeting, preparation of letters to employees relating to the transfersWork with senior manager's teams to ensure cases are managed effectively, that organisational lessons are learnt and insight shared.Monitor and provide advice to managers on absence management.Provide support to managers regarding staff performance review programs to ensure effectiveness, fairness and compliance with policy and legislation.

Profile

The successful HR Advisor will possess the following skills and attributes:

Previous knowledge of working as an HR Advisor in a fast paced organisationKnowledge of working in a multi-site organisationCIPD part qualified or related qualificationKnowledge of complex TUPE transfersUp to date knowledge of employment lawThe ability to prioritise effectively, solve problems and remain calm and professional under pressureThe ability to work independently on caseloadHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail, ability to write detailed reportsProficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel)Able to communicate effectively at all levels of the business

Job Offer

This HR Advisor role is a permanent opportunity.

Competitive Salary paying between £28,000 - £32,000 per annum depending on experience

Hybrid working, minimum 3 days in branch and home working

Working Hours: Monday- Friday, 9am-5pm
