My client, a global trading business based in the city, currently have an HR Business Partner role available to cover a period of maternity in the team. In this multi-faceted role, you will provide strategic and operational HR consultation including employee relations support to stakeholders across London and EMEA.
Responsibilities:Building effective relationships with local leadership to outline and implement business strategy and operations.Working closely with regional HR Business Partners and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs)Advise (with respect to local employment jurisdiction) on employee relations and performance management issues.Define talent management needs and partner with specialised HR areas to implement solutions.Implement and administer local human resources policies, procedures, and practices.Development and support of effective change management planning.Responsible for ensuring compliance and managing the administration of all of the activities related to the Senior Manager Certification Regime (SMCR).
Skills:HR leader with significant experience working with senior leadership teams.Experience in areas such as employee relations, org development, staffing, diversity, learning/development, rewards, etc.Demonstrated ability to drive strategies forward in a complex, fast-paced environment.Strong knowledge of UK employment law required.Knowledge of the financial services markets, and relevant regulatory requirements such as SMCR is preferred.Experience of managing staff is preferred.Bachelor's degree.
