Graduate - People Analytics Analyst

Role and Responsiblities:

• Assist in the development and automation of centralised BI & Reports to ensure consistency across the business
• Develop an understanding of HR processes and how the relevant HR systems support the team
• Manage data integration issues across systems
• Summarise and provide graphical visualisations on key people metrics
• Cleansing of raw date through research
• Develop and maintain internal and external stakholder relationships

Skills / experience required:

• Experience of working with international teams in a similar role is preferable - +1 years experience
• Data Analysis experience - use of complex data
• Strong Excel skills
