HR Business Partner - Reporting to UK HRD - Supported by HR Advisor - Regional (Southern) Population
Technical engineering services group with c2,000 employees, backed by a global, market leading energy company. They have delivered complex, flagship UK engineering projects and are recognised for their energy efficient and carbon reduction approach to engineering.
Reporting to the UK HR Director the HR Business Partner will deliver a business aligned, long-term, sustainable people strategy. The aim is to give the business a competitive advantage through its people. The HR Business Partner will support a diverse engineering customer base of c200 across multiple sites in London / Greater London area on all people matters and will work closely with the SLT on change initiatives. The role is supported by a HR Advisor and shared HR administration pool.
The successful HR Business Partner will be comfortable working with autonomy and be well versed in supporting senior, technical stakeholders. They will enjoy being at the heart of a business and be experienced in developing commercial people plans as well as all cyclical HR matters - any exposure to supporting regional customer groups, and TUPE, will be well received. In addition to supporting their regional customer group the HR Business Partner will work on Group wide people projects, often collaborating with national HR colleagues.
Remuneration includes a base salary of c£65,000, car allowance, private medical, generous pension and holidays. Office based normally 4 days per week.
