An exciting job opportunity for an HR Project Manager-HR Systems Specialist, 12 Month FTC, within a fast-paced, multi-site, commercial organisation.

Your new role
As HR Project-HR Systems Specialist, (12 Month FTC), you will be responsible for managing the implementation of a suite of HR Modules /HR Systems and reviewing the associated people processes, designing an effective change management plan, managing all project communication, documenting the "as is" for all HR processes (online and offline) and agree the "to be" design for all relevant HR processes, meeting the project objectives, (single point of entry, integrated systems, automated reporting).This will suit someone with a critical eye, who can look at how processes and procedures can be improved. You will be responsible for producing user training guides.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally be an HR Systems Specialist or HR Project Manager, who has managed several HR systems implementations or you will be an HR Generalist who has implemented at least one HR System within a multi-site organisation and has a wealth of change management experience.
