Your new company
This is an exciting time to join this charity who support vulnerable people across the county with crucial services. Their services are currently in high demand which has created a period of high growth for them with the workforce almost doubling in size over the last 2 years.

To support this growth, the need has arisen for a Senior HR Advisor to join the organisation to work alongside another Senior HR Advisor, a HR Administrator, all who report into the Head of HR.

Your new role
You will support approximately half of the managers/employees within the business with a variety of HR operational tasks. There will be employee relations cases that you will manage from end to end, recruitment needs, learning & development needs and support with advice in line with HR policies for the organisation. You will essentially act almost as a business partner to your client group, getting to know y our key stakeholders, providing pro-active support to identify potential upcoming needs, and feedback to the wider HR team, contributing to projects, on going issues and new ideas.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be operating at a senior HR advisor level to be considered for this role. You will need to work autonomously to navigate through complex ER matters, influence key stakeholders, and provide expert HR advice when ask questions or queries from managers. You will need to be CIPD Level 5 or above and will be able to demonstrate a wealth of HR operations and project experience.
