Your new company
This large and ever growing organisation are expanding further within the HR team due to a high volume of work load and increasing demand. They need some extra support within the HR function to assist them for the next 3 months on some project work.
Your new role
The project is around staff morale and benefits schemes and awarding employees. You will need to deal with equality checks, moderation panels, dealing with bonus letters and calculations, you will get to process all of the staff awards by collating information shortlisting and judging. You will be reviewing the benefits platform along with dealing the production of a volunteering policy and adding general support to the HR Director.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you will need prior experience in reviewing and moderating staff appraisals and rewards and any monetary rewards schemes. Experience in building talent pipelines to support career progression and also dealing with equality and diversity issues previously.
