You will be working with one of South Wales's most desirable employers. This public sector organisation is an executive body of UK National Government with a workforce of over 1000 employees.
Your new role
Working within the Talent Acquisition team, you'll be responsible for recruiting within the digital & technology departments. Utilising tools such as LinkedIn recruiter and Job Board talent pools you'll have a proactive approach to sourcing the best talent.
What you'll need to succeed
This role is open to someone from an agency or in-house background and would ideally suit someone with an experience of both sides of the table. You'll need to bring the level of speed and urgency that comes from an agency recruiter but also have the relationship building and stakeholder management capabilities of an in-house recruiter. You'll also need to have experience as a tech or digital recruiter with up to date market knowledge.
What you'll get in return

Joining on an initial 12 month FTC you will received an annual salary between £30-36K depending on experience.
