Are you a talented recruitment specialist looking for an exciting opportunity to independently build out a UK based recruitment function?

I am excited to be working with fast growing economics and development consultancy with over 20 years' experience, who are on an journey to bring about large-scale change in Africa, focusing on the continent's young people as agents of change.
The firm have consultants in over 89 countries and are looking to continue their growth by establishing a talent and attraction function in the UK, building a strong UK and EU network of experienced consultants across their 8 practice areas.

The role is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and talented recruitment specialist to take ownership of building out a talent function. With the support of the firm's international HR function and reporting to the Head of HR, the role will be autonomous and enable you to develop new processes and build new relationships whist strengthening already existing networks.

The ideal candidate will have extensive recruitment experience having worked within a medium sized management consultancy or professional services firm. They would preferably have experience working with the EMEA region supporting and influencing senior stakeholders.
Some knowledge of HR processes and employment law would be advantageous for this role.
