Regional - Senior HR Business Partner - North UK

As a Senior HR Business Partner you will be covering a cluster of locations for our client across Newcastle, Derbyshire, Liverpool, Featherstone and Scotland. You will be travelling to these sites as needed.

You will be a Senior HR Business Partner for the North Cluster and provide HR leadership , support and guidance to the business and develop and implement the HR corporate plan. You will be responsible for all these sites across the North of the UK and Scotland and work closely with the general managers and their teams.

We are looking for a true partner to the business to drive results and people capabilities therefore we are looking for significant experience in HR positions prior and experience of managing teams in a fast paced, multi-site business.

If you have worked in regional HR roles across retail, manufacturing, logistics or construction this could be the next great role for you.

Duties:

  • Provide leadership to the site GM's and onsite HR teams on change management, communication and engagement
  • Offer advice and coaching on specific business needs and performance issues
  • Lead and manage salary budgets and headcount, reward frameworks and benefits
  • Develop new policies, procedures and processes
