A great new opportunitiy for a corporate responsibility and inclusion coordinator has arisen in an international law firm. The CR & D&I Assistant role supports the CR & I team across it's core remit of community investment, pro bono and diversity and inclusion. This role supports day-to-day corporate responsibility and diversity activities, helping to coordinate and deliver programmes and providing general administrative support to the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of community investment and volunteering programmes; including reading, mentoring and work experience schemes
  • Responding to queries and acting as the first point of contact for colleagues wishing to find out more, or get involved with, CR&I activities and events
  • Assisting with production of communications to promote initiatives and raise awareness of CR&I within the firm
  • Updating content on the external website and our intranet pages
  • Organising fundraising activities and events
  • Providing administrative support to the CR&I team
  • Processing and tracking funding requests, invoices and charitable donations
  • Supporting with collection, analysis and reporting of diversity and community investmenet data
  • Monitoring internal CR&I mailboxes
  • Manage the online filing systems

Requirements

  • Interest in Corporate Responsibility, Diversity and Inclusion
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Proactive approach and can-do attitude
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and projects
  • High level of attention to detail
