This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well known organisation based in Hatfield as their E-Learning Specialist. You will be responsible for creating engaging digital learning content across a number of topics and managing the learning management system. This is a permanent role with flexibility to work from home, and additional benefits.
Client Details
The client is a market leader within their field who are currently looking for an E-Learning Specialist on a permanent basis to join their offices based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire.
Description
As an E-Learning Specialist, your key responsibilities will be:
- Development and maintenance of the learning platform's branding and web design, identify navigation improvements for the enhancement of the user experience
- Liaise with departments to understand their reporting requirements, providing the information as required
- Effective workload management of training content development requests
- Work closely with SME's to script, storyboard and design E-Learning content through the use of SCORM software in Articulate Storyline and through the production of a full range of media elements, with a fast-paced end to end production time
- Ensure content requests are managed in accordance to set SLAs
- Edit bite-sized videos
- Create professional graphics for use within digital content which reflect the brand's standards
- Source professional grade photography when needed
- Support as required in the design of traditional presentation and document formats for training and development materials
- Undertake regular reviews of content to ensure it's up to date
- Production and issuing of regular reports on training completion to multiple departments
- Identify and apply opportunities for improvements in training, including the conversion from workshop to eLearning formats
- Review other learning and development design work to ensure consistency, maintain high brand standards and minimise any errors in work completed
- Innovate and push the boundaries of what is possible, making suggestions and recommendations to keep our digital training delivery at the forefront of industry knowledge
Profile
- Excellent knowledge and experience of eLearning design and the creation of graphics and digital content
- Strong visual design skills and confidence in the Adobe Creative Suite, including Premier Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign to create digital visual effects and graphics
- Excellent IT skills, including a good working knowledge of Excel and able to produce reports using Vlookups and Pivot Tables
- Enthusiastic, flexible and professional in approach
- A great team player with excellent communication skills
