Job Details
A leading global professional services firm are recruiting for a Senior Learning Business Partner to join their team. You will work with their stakeholders to manage and implement learning solutions directly supporting the firm's strategy. As Senior Learning Business Partner, you will be responsible for:
- Leading, developing and managing a team of Learning Business Partners
- Defining and owning learning strategy
- Driving agenda that is aligned to case of using blended learning whilst reducing face to face training
- Planning and executing annual learning needs analysis
- Building trusted advisor relationships with senior leaders
- Involvement in workforce planning discussions and data analysis
- Annual budgeting processes
- Developing an annual curriculum from new development to retiring content
- Influencing and challenging key stakeholders to ensure appropriate delivery of technical L&D solutions
As Senior Learning Business Partner, you will possess:
- Strong education to degree level
- Professional training/HR development/education qualifications
- Experience operating at senior manager level
- Evidence of CPD and up to date knowledge on learning strategy
- Strong commercial acumen
- Ability to understand and develop effective L&D and OD strategies
- Proven team leadership and management skills
