An exciting opportunity has just arisen for a HR Coordinator to join an expanding client of ours based in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire. If you are looking to gain valuable experience within a HR setting please read on!   

As HR Coordinator, you will be:

  • Providing admin support to the HR team, working closely with the HR Advisor
  • Supporting line managers with absence management and disciplinaries
  • Leading on a variety of projects to include employee wellbeing
  • Supporting on changes to include shift patterns and pay structures

You will need to:

  • Have experience working within a HR department
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be able to build relationships
  • Have a full clean driving licence, this is a group role and would support Peterborough and two other local sites
