We are recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for a HR Recruitment Advisor to join a dedicated, fast paced and forward thinking team based in Liverpool!
It's an exciting period of change for this business, who employ approx 1500 over 3 sites, and this individual will work closely with and support the OD leads in providing expert advice on a range of HR situations.
To be considered for this role, you will have solid previous experience in a Recruitment role, in-house temporary staff or running a fast-paced agency desk, be able to liaise with agencies, find and vet candidates, support candidate assessment and the onboarding process. Having strong experience within an Advisory level role is also essential, with a focus on Organisational development processes.
You will be CIPD qualified Level 5 or working towards, and have experience in Organisational development project work.
·Advise, coach, guide management on a range of HR and ER issues.
·Effective implementation of OD policies, reflecting on company Vision & Values.
·Support the Talent lead in Recruitment, retention and apprenticeships Levy
·Stakeholder, Management, and Union relationship Management
·Development of policies and process
·An immediate start is required!
