Your new company
Hays Talent Solutions manage over 150 contracts internationally, covering every combination of temporary and permanent recruitment and they are currently recruiting for a number of new consultants for a new contract win to work 100% remotely.

Your new role
Supporting on a new project recruiting across the UK for roles including IT, Technical, Sales & Corporate Functions you will be fully immersed into the clients' cultures and working practices, providing a solutions-oriented approach to all recruitment challenges, with duties including:

• Discussing brief with clients
• Writing and posting job adverts
• Candidate selection from CV screening
• Active candidate sourcing through social media, job boards and on-line databases
• Candidate interviewing; telephone & video
• Providing feedback to clients
• Assisting clients with on-boarding
• Compliance checks

The focus is achieving 100% client and candidate satisfaction by providing a responsive and efficient service.

This is a full time role working 100% remotely from home with flexible hours either 8.30-5 or 9.30-6 Monday to Friday.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in these client management roles Hays Talent Solutions require a pragmatic attitude, a patient disposition and an imaginative approach to problem solving. You will require recent relevant experience within resourcing and recruitment and any prior experience recruiting Technical or IT roles is desired but not essential. People are at the heart of everything we do at Hays and so you will need excellent people management, customer service and communication skills with a passion for delivering excellent service.
