Are you a Recruitment Manager with high volume experience?
To support the business develop, implement and maintain the end to end process of recruitment and onboarding across the business. Managing the talent acquisition policies, practices and procedures in an effective and efficient manner, whilst ensuring compliance with all relevant employment legislation and HR best practice. This role is within a high volume industry. The team deliver around 1000 vacancies a year.
Your new role
As Recruitment Manager you will be managing a team of 3 direct reports and be responsible for all recruitment activities for employees, managing the partnership in the resourcing for recruitment campaigns. You will develop a standardised design for posting adverts through appropriate media, and co-ordinating internal vacancies and create standardised job descriptions and person specifications for all roles. You will be designing and delivering customised recruitment programs for bulk and specialist recruitment needs from assessment centres to psychometric testing. As manager you will oversee and enforce the standardised offer letters and starter paperwork in conjunction with HR. You will be managing agencies and establishing agreed terms and conditions, auditing their processes. Collation of information for the headcounts, attrition and forecasting reporting across the business. Ensure accurate records are kept of all recruitment, selection and onboarding. Creating and managing annual recruiting budgets. Negotiating contracts with job boards for advertising vacancies on external platforms.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience managing a team is essential. You must have worked in a recruitment capacity for a business who have a high volume of intake. You must have experience blue collar hiring experience. You must come from a background in Aviation, Retail, Supply Chain & Logistics, Engineering, Facilities or Maintenance.
