EMEA HR Projects & Integration - PMO - harmonising policy and process - Post M&A Environment
c£300-400 per day inside scope of IR35, Immediate start
Global ad tech and media firm that has grown via organic and acquisitive means. A diversified business with multiple brands that have operated fairly independently of each other until now. Headcount wise they have c1500 employees across Europe.
In this EMEA HR Projects role you will work across 14 countries, and 8 different entities - total headcount is c1100 - to bring synergies between the business units i.e. support the company as they move toward a 'one company' culture and structure . You will act as PMO as well as HR BP to contribute to an EMEA wide HR strategy, via delivering projects that drive alignment in policy, reward packages, D&I and L&D frameworks. You will work with CoE, in country HR and report to the VP of HR EMEA.
You will be well versed in working across EMEA, and importantly be able to successfully influence change with SLT and getting projects signed off. Experience in developing and delivering EMEA wide integration / harmonisation projects spanning policy development, reward, talent development is important and experience with Workday would be beneficial as would project management tools- the HRIS CoE is rolling this out. More so, experience in creating project plans and managing all aspects of delivery including analysis, project planning, execution of activities and cost. You will enjoy working in a wider people team and be comfortable with autonomy.
Looking for an immediate start and offering c£300-400 per day inside scope of IR35.
