I have partnered with a global Brokerage firm in their search for a Talent Acquisition & Development Assistant hire. This role combines the full cycle of talent attraction through to performance management, with this individual being pivotal to the firm's aspirations to promote internal learning & development.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with entry lateral & graduate hiring, with screening, coordination & event planning responsibilities
  • Manage the LMS to ensure all records are kept correct & accurate
  • Analyse and evaluate information across recruitment & talent development
  • Responsible for all learning & development administration
  • Point of contact for all queries for group learning programmes relating to bookings & progression
