Recruiter required for a Telecommunications company based in London - six month fixed term contract.

You will work with key client stakeholders, to deliver on roles each month, own candidate generation and selection, work with hiring managers to take them through their shortlisted candidates for their respective roles and then support the interview process through to successful completion and on-boarding.

You will be working for a well-known Telecommunications company based in London.

Description

The key responsibilities of the Recruiter for this Telecommunications company based in London will be as follows:

  • Screening the response with an expected average of 50 applications per vacancy
  • Telephone interviewing circa 15-20 candidates per role
  • Adding notes on Taleo as to the findings of each interview including rationale for recommending for interview, as applicable, for hiring managers to review
  • Submitting a shortlist of up to 5 suitable and qualified applicants for hiring manager review
  • Attending role briefings with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to understand the requirements of the role
  • Interview Scheduling

Profile

The successful Recruiter will have worked in or supported recruitment previously or have worked in a customer centric environment. You will have an inquisitive nature and a passion for helping people reach their potential through supporting their job search.

You will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • The ability to engage with Talent Acquisition Manager and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, overall expectations, time frames, candidate pool quality and quantity
  • Leverage all aspects of sourcing including but not limited to client ATS, LinkedIn, job board mining, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals and networking events
  • Proactively develop, grow and maintain a network of external prospects to feed into and nurture clients talent pools

Job Offer

This is a six month fixed term contract - remote working

  • Competitive salary paying up to £35,000 per year
  • Performance bonus (weighted against base salary) paid on agreed cycle
