You will work alongside global colleagues to design and deliver an engagement strategy with universities, colleges and schools in the UK, Singapore, and other entities across the Asia Pacific region. Building content and gaining internal support to ensure all early careers programmes are positively and authentically represented in our communications.

If you have strong communication skills to engage with all stakeholders, as this role provides the freedom to liaise at all levels from the Board to school pupils, together with the ability track your success through reporting on progress and the scheduling as well as organisation of events, which will support the RWEST Early Careers strategy, keep reading.
What you can achieve in this role
Full responsibility for employer branding across the varying early careers activities across the Asia Pacific and UK regions
The opportunity to develop stimulating content that can be used to promote early careers across a range of media including, a dedicated website, social media channels and print
Ownership to develop and drive a full communications calendar which ensures the RWEST early careers brand is ‘always switched on’
Be empowered to continuously review Market Research to identify and build relationships with target universities, colleges and schools to build and develop the RWEST employer brand presence
Drive the management of events both externally (on-campus engagement activities) and internally (networking events) to promote RWEST early careers
Develop creative and innovative RWEST early careers employer branding strategies and to be an advocate within the early careers community to successfully turn engagement into positive branding
The ability to focus on improving inclusivity and diversity
To support the wider Global HR Marketing & Recruiting team in delivering our strategic aims across early careers, recruiting, marketing and HR topics
What skills are we looking for
Degree level education or equivalent
Commitment to be seen as a true expert to support both the wider Global HR team and the RWEST business
Proven work experience in employer branding, marketing or early careers, preferably in an international environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills that allow you to seek and build relationships
Ability to create and produce content which is authentic, engaging and stylistically successful
Experience in vendor management to gain the most value from agencies and third parties
Data-driven with the ability to seek MI, analyse, evaluate, benchmark and communicate decisions in a logical manner
Results orientated attitude, with an ability to organise and prioritise workload by leading and driving positive results
Desire to continuously learn and grow in your expertise to ensure RWEST remains competitive in this field and continuously improves
Proficiency with MS Windows, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
