Senior Sourcing Advisor - Professional Services

A leading professional services firm are recruiting for a Direct Sourcing Senior Advisor to join their team. Reporting into the Head of Recruitment, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):

• Building relationships with hiring managers and recruitment team to understand business needs in order to build strong candidate pipelines
• Being able to demonstrate clear understanding of the firm's proposition and ability to articulate this to candidates
• Partnering with recruitment team in order to agree the best way to engage with the market
• Mapping and understanding the market and gathering market information
• Delivering alternative methods to identify and approach potential candidates
• Effective networking and building relationships internally and externally
• Providing coaching, mentoring and development support to more junior team members

As Direct Sourcing Senior Advisor, you will possess:

• Proven previous experience in talent acquisition
• Strong knowledge of executive search methodologies
• Strong experience of direct sourcing
