Job Details
A leading professional services firm are recruiting for a Direct Sourcing Advisor to join their team. Reporting into the Head of Recruitment, this role will be responsible for:
- Building relationships with hiring managers and recruitment advisors to understand recruitment needs and build strong pipelines
- Ensuring all job advertisements are aligned to the firm's brand and diversity and inclusion practices
- Reviewing direct applications and conducting interviews
- Making recruitment decisions around candidate suitability
- Engaging with the recruitment advisors to provide regular updates on the status of the sourcing activity and identifying challenges
- Creating innovative methods to identify and approach potential candidates
As Direct Sourcing Advisor, you will possess:
- Proven experience working in talent acquisition
- Experience in direct sourcing
- Strong education
