Job Details
A highly successful independent law firm is recruiting for a Diversity, Inclusion & Wellbeing Advisor to join the team on a part-time basis. Reporting into the Head of HR, you will be responsible for:
- Acting as a key contact for the internal diversity & inclusion networks and communicating with relevant colleagues about meetings and sharing relevant information
- Organising meetings with the firm's D&I Champions and putting together agendas
- Supporting Senior D&I Manager and HR team with diversity benchmark submissions and reporting
- Managing internal D&I programme (seminars, events, speakers etc.)
- Diversity & inclusion project work such as D&I month
- Supporting Senior HR Projects Manager in delivery of wellbeing initiatives
- Supporting Senior HR Projects Manager in any project related work
As Diversity, Inclusion & Wellbeing Advisor you will possess:
- Experience in diversity & inclusion, HR projects or wellbeing
- Strong MS Office experience
