I have partnered with a Trading firm in their search to grow their Talent Acquisition function with a specialist Tech Recruiter. This role will have a strong Technology focus to it & will require the successful candidate to partner with Line Managers & build out successful recruitment strategies due to the competitive nature of the Technology space.
Responsibilities:
- Design an attraction & engagement strategy to ensure the top Tech talent is hired
- Use your strong stakeholder relationship skills to build long last partnerships
- Partner with the HR department to ensure all critical information has been disclosed & matches the wider organisation
- Work alongside the international offices to support their recruitment needs
- Support the Head of Talent Acquisition with the design & processes of the Talent Acquisition function
Skills:
- Extensive Technology recruitment experience, either agency or in-house
- Direct sourcing mindset
- Previous experience of building relationships
- Strong IT skills
- Network of strong Technology focused candidates
