A modern and progressive law firm based in The City, are recruiting for an HR & Recruitment Advisor to join their team. With a particular focus on the Partner population, this role will provide operational HR support across the whole talent management and development strategy. Reporting into the Head of HR for Partners, you will support the partner population development to enable them to thrive as individuals and as a partnership.

As HR & Recruitment Advisor, your areas of focus will be supporting the Head of HR in:

  • Partner engagement, resilience and welfare
  • Talent management, succession planning and promotions
  • Leadership development (in collaboration with the Head of Learning & Development)
  • Resourcing and induction
  • Performance management
  • Inclusion & Diversity
  • Employee relations
  • Employee lifecycle

As HR & Recruitment Advisor, you will possess:

  • Good knowledge of the London legal recruitment market
  • Experience in managing processes and juggling a busy workload
  • Ability to manage and influence stakeholders
  • Previous experience operating within talent/HR, ideally within a law firm
  • Experience in recruiting
