We are currently working with an exciting, fast paced organisation who are looking to expand their team and hire a HR Administrator. You would be joining a hard working, dynamic team on a permanent basis. The role is based in South Oxfordshire and currently offering some remote working.
Your new role
As HR Administrator, you will support the HR Business Partners with the day to day HR and Payroll processes. You will have responsibility for the HR inbox, escalating queries when needed. You will maintain HR records, work with finance to ensure payroll reports are completed accurately and keeping employee files up to date.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role, you will have previous experience of working at this level in a HR department. You will ideally have some exposure to payroll along with an excellent attention to detail and strong Administrative skills.
