Description
The successful Recruitment Advisor will be responsible for:
- Engaging with key stakeholders
- Implementing recruitment processes
- 360 recruitment
- Ensuring that the candidate experience is smooth
- Dealing with high volume recruitment
Profile
The successful Recruitment Advisor will:
- Previously worked on a range of different roles, experience of builders merchants would be beneficial but not essential
- Have experience of 360 recruitment
- Be confident in speaking and engaging with senior stakeholders
- Highly organised and previously set up recruitment processes
Job Offer
The successful candidate can expect a salary between £38-44,000. For a role that is based in North London and full time in the office.
