Recruitment Business Partner, hybrid/flexible remote working

Their Recruitment Business Partners play a pivotal role in helping them to resource their business to achieve this and they are currently looking for Recruitment Business Partners to join their In-house Recruitment Team.
Reporting into the Recruitment Manager you will engage with your business areas of accountability to deliver on approved recruitment needs ensuring quality, diverse candidate pools are identified. This encompasses sourcing direct candidates and managing PSL agencies, delivering a positive candidate experience, professional stakeholder and supplier management and process compliance.
This is an exciting time to be joining an established In-house team in a successful organisation committed to supporting their hiring managers through the full recruitment lifecycle - from job briefings, current market analysis, interview guidance, resource forecasting, management of third party suppliers through to talent pipelining, whilst always working to continuously meet or exceed their expectations.
Some of your key accountabilities as a Recruitment Business Partner will be to:
Lead on and manage all recruitment activity and be the main point of contact for your business areas
Actively source quality, diverse, direct candidates from a range of sources and sectors to deliver their diversity goals
Engage and influence business stakeholders from hiring managers to HR Directors to ensure all resourcing strategies are agreed, well communicated and integrated
Ensure an efficient and effective service is delivered to hiring managers in attracting diverse candidates, ensuring a positive experience for all applicants interested in working at the organisation.
This is a busy role managing high volumes of recruitment across a broad range of vacancies at all career levels and requires experience, and excellent communication and organisation skills to deliver.
To be successful in this role you must build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the business and be a confident recruiter, able to evidence success in direct hiring a diverse range of candidates using a range of sourcing channels, including social media and search.
